The role focuses on incentive design, salary planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive, compliant compensation solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field.
• 7+ years of compensation design and administration experience.
• Experience leading compensation support and consulting with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in global organizations across multiple countries or regions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation support for a business segment as principal consultant and SME to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic consultation backed by data analysis and market practices.
• Design and administer incentive compensation programs and manage bonus payments.
• Support annual salary planning with system configuration, training materials, audits, and reporting.
• Monitor market benchmarks to maintain competitive salary structures.
• Govern enterprise Career Framework and job architecture, including leveling and market alignment.
• Ensure programs comply with laws, governance standards, and pay equity requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and business leadership to deliver global compensation solutions.
