Job summary

Celldex is seeking a Global Clinical Project Leader to manage clinical trial execution for an assigned development program in a fast-paced biotech setting. You will develop the operational plan, oversee a matrix team, and ensure readiness for product registration across geographies.

The role requires 6–8 years in pharma/biotech with leadership experience, strong data and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements while collaborating across cultures and disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with 6–8 years pharma/biotech experience; 2+ years at Senior Clinical Trial Manager level.
• Experience planning and managing complex clinical programs.
• GCP and regulatory knowledge (familiarity with FDA/international guidelines).
• Proven people management and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Able to work across cultures and geographies.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver operational component of the clinical development plan with key stakeholders, including resource, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee matrix relationships with CTMs, Data Managers, and Clinical Project Team; ensure quality for product registration.
• Represent development operations in cross-functional strategy and program team meetings.
• Detect operational issues/risks and assist in mitigation planning; implement solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely information on the program and foster continuous improvement.
• Stay current on clinical operations developments and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
