Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline (PhD/MD/PharmD/other)
- 10+ years in clinical research, development, or science within biotech/pharma/CRO
- Experience leading study design, protocol development, and data review
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of clinical study protocols, amendments, and study documents across all phases.
- Guide study objectives, endpoints, eligibility, procedures, safety plans, and statistical considerations with cross-functional partners.
- Provide scientific oversight of study execution, data integrity, and regulatory alignment.
- Present data and program updates to governance committees and senior leadership.
