Responsibilities

• Learn and use MRP/SCM software to manage materials flow.
• Submit RFQs to suppliers and follow up on quotes.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and other requirements with suppliers.
• Coordinate freight documents for imports/exports and determine landed costs.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and monitor confirmations.
• Expedite orders and liaise with internal/external teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports and assist with SKU rationalization and cost analyses.
