Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support purchasing activities for domestic and international materials, supplies, and equipment. You will create and manage purchase orders, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and assist with inventory planning to ensure timely delivery at the right cost.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid procurement knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support cost reductions and supplier consolidation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4+ years in buyer, purchasing, procurement, or related supply chain role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and expediting as needed.
• Support inventory planning and cost management; maintain accurate procurement data.
