While L.E.K. prioritizes MBA candidates, individuals with relevant prior business or professional experience will also be considered. Consultants at L.E.K. generally possess advanced degrees or several years of experience in roles requiring strong problem solving, structured thinking, and the ability to drive impactful, data-informed decisions.
