Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America seeks a dynamic Director of Alumni Engagement and Affinity Programs to lead a global alumni strategy across campuses in Hyde Park, Greystone, San Antonio, and Singapore. You will drive lifelong learning, volunteer leadership, and affinity networks while partnering with faculty, industry leaders, and graduates worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or significant experience in lieu thereof.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in alumni engagement, constituent relations, advancement, membership organizations or related fields.
Experience in higher education development.
Demonstrated success building and scaling engagement programs across diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global alumni engagement strategy aligned with the CIA's priorities and vision.
Position the CIA as the premier lifelong learning organization for culinary, beverage, hospitality industries.
Establish a multi-year roadmap for engagement with measurable goals in participation, mentorship, and philanthropy.
Develop benchmarks, dashboards, and analytics to measure impact.
Create ambassador and influencer programs to strengthen CIA's reputation globally.
