The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) seeks a Director of Development Operations & Campaign Planning to lead the day‑to‑day operational infrastructure supporting Vision 2035 and a comprehensive capital campaign. You will manage data systems, reporting, prospect and pipeline management, gift processing and cross‑divisional workflows to scale the development program.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in lieu thereof.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of advanced development office or other relevant experience.
• Experience working with a robust CRM system for fundraising (i.e. Salesforce, Slate Advancement or Dynamics365).

Aufgaben

• Plan, oversee and manage successful CRM system implementation. Establish data governance, integrity and reporting standards across business needs.
• Oversee building CIA’s geographical map defining key regional areas by constituency.
• Develop feasibility studies, goal setting, and project management for program components.
• Create measurable KPI’s to monitor pipeline development, solicitation activity and funds raised.
• Collaborate with stewardship team to build donor recognition activities.
• Oversee gift acceptance and naming decisions to support priorities and donor relations.
• Lead Development Operations team with clear performance standards and service delivery.
• Additional duties as assigned.
