Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is seeking a Director of Alumni Engagement and Affinity Programs in Hyde Park, NY. This role leads a global alumni strategy, developing affinity networks, regional engagement, and lifelong learning opportunities for a 55,000+ alumni community.

Responsibilities include building engagement ecosystems across campuses in Hyde Park, Greystone, San Antonio, and Singapore, plus leveraging data-informed insights to foster professional networks and industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or significant experience in lieu thereof.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in alumni engagement, constituent relations, advancement, membership organizations or related fields.
Experience in higher education development.
Demonstrated success building and scaling engagement programs across diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global alumni engagement strategy aligned with the CIA's priorities.
Position the CIA as the premier lifelong learning organization for culinary, beverage, hospitality industries.
Establish a multi-year roadmap for alumni engagement with measurable goals.
Serve as the institution's primary strategist for alumni engagement and affinity programming.
Develop benchmarks, performance metrics, and dashboards to measure engagement and impact.
Create alumni touchpoints that support career advancement and lifelong learning.
