Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America seeks a Director of Development Operations & Campaign Planning to lead data systems, reporting, and pipeline management in support of Vision 2035 fundraising goals.

Reporting to the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations, you will build scalable infrastructure, manage cross-divisional work, and prepare materials for Board and campaign committees. Strong CRM and fundraising experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in lieu thereof.
• Minimum of ten years of advanced development office or related experience.
• Experience with a robust CRM system for fundraising (Salesforce, Slate Advancement, or Dynamics 365).
• Strong leadership and cross-divisional collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and manage data systems, reporting, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and manage CRM system implementation and data governance.
• Oversee the CIA’s geographical map by constituency.
• Develop feasibility studies, goal setting, and project management for programs.
• Create measurable KPIs for pipeline, solicitation, and funds raised.
• Support donor recognition and stewardship activities.
