Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Program Manager in Westerville, OH to oversee strategic initiatives across global accounts. You will coordinate across sales, operations and manufacturing, guiding data-driven improvements and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work with Oracle, Smartsheet and Power BI to support execution, with travel <5% and a PMP preferred. This role is rooted in Vertiv's core principles and strategic priorities, including Operational Excellence and Customer Focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relative industry experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Experience indirectly influencing project teams in a matrix organization
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and order management to ensure revenue allocation accuracy and on-time shipping
• Escalate potential risk to the execution manager
• Collaborate with function leaders to set targets and measure improvements across design, quality, manufacturing, shipping, and operations
• Lead data integrity for equipment install base and ensure accurate reporting of ship dates, serials, and model numbers
• Oversee deployment of FCN and factory direct service (FDS)
• Ensure change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in EBS
