Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC seeks a General Manager to lead operations, drive municipal and regional growth, and maintain top-tier safety and service levels across waste and recycling operations.

The role focuses on developing strong government relationships, expanding service contracts, and ensuring financial and regulatory performance while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree, with preference for related field.
• Proven success leading waste/recycling operations and contracts.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar P&L and teams of direct/indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L for internal and external operations, sales, procurement, and logistics.
• Set long-term goals aligned with company standards.
• Lead 4–5 direct reports and multiple indirect reports.
• Build effective operational teams and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships to achieve client satisfaction and compliance.
• Establish and promote a strong safety culture among all staff.
• Direct transportation and logistics for collection routes.
