Prince Waikiki in Honolulu is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of property operations, driving top-line growth, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement across the resort.

The role reports to the President of Prince Resorts Hawaii and requires directing budgeting, revenue management, safety, and adherence to brand standards. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and HR is essential; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA or MA in Business Administration required; TIM preferred.
• 10 years of hospitality management experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of property operating plans.
• Oversee guest services, staff performance, and safety compliance.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize revenue and market share.
• Ensure financial controls, budgeting, and guest satisfaction targets.
