Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit.

You’ll formulate strategy, manage people and establish policies, acting as a thoughtful leader and decisive decision-maker to help our people develop and stay productive while profits rise. In this role you’ll schedule a 5-day work week with long hours, lead recruitment and training, and provide regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in general management or executive leadership.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design strategy and set growth goals.
• Knowledge of business processes across finance, HR and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profits and optimize costs.
