Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead a growing team across departments in Crete, Nebraska.

You will develop and implement growth strategies, monitor budgets, optimize processes, and ensure policies are followed while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in management, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results

• Oversee the operations of the business, including ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and that all necessary resources are available
