Qualifications

• Experience with plants (house plants, perennials, tropicals, natives, trees)
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and running campaigns/content
• Management experience of retail crews or staff
• Strong organizational capacity and self-directed nature
• Familiarity with Square POS a bonus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and assist employees and shift leads in customer service, store upkeep and promotions.
• Social media marketing and management.
• Regular posting on social media and creating consistent branding in materials.
• Facilitate staff development to improve customer service, productivity and sales.
• Assist with hiring to ensure adequate personnel for customer experience.
• Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
• Maintain signage and product displays for customers.
• Respond to customer questions/reviews on social channels and other platforms.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and presentation standards.
