Job summary

Absolics-Inc seeks a General Counsel and Head of Legal in Covington, GA. The role provides strategic legal advice to the Board and management, handling corporate governance, commercial contracts, IP, export controls, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee outside counsel, manage litigation and investigations, and drive ethics programs across the organization. The candidate should have a J.D., bar admission, Korean language skills, and at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• In-house experience preferred and multinational exposure.
• Excellent English contract drafting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, including purchase and sale, service, license, and lease agreements.
• Manage disputes, investigations, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Lead governance matters and prepare board resolutions and policies.
• Oversee outside counsel and budget, ensure timely access and confidentiality.
