Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active state bar.
• 15+ years of progressive legal experience, including litigation and complex contracts.
• Experience advising executive leadership and managing outside counsel.
• Strong legal research, analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on legal, governance, risk, and strategic matters.
• Oversee litigation, disputes, claims, and outside counsel strategy.
• Review, negotiate, and approve complex commercial agreements.
• Support regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations, and investigations.
• Oversee legal department operations and budget.
