Job summary

Homeaglow is seeking a strategic General Counsel to lead its legal department and advise the executive leadership team on growth and compliance. The role encompasses legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance (worker classification and marketing), and contract management for the world’s largest marketplace for home cleanings.

This is a leadership position responsible for building an internal legal team and managing outside counsel.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership required.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Mandatory Consumer SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal department and advise the executive leadership team.
• Shape legal strategy and corporate governance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance (worker classification and marketing).
• Manage contract lifecycle and outside counsel.
