The Walt Disney Company seeks a Manager of Games Partnerships to steer the strategic alliance with Epic Games as Disney builds a new digital universe tied to Fortnite. You will coordinate with Disney Games & Digital Entertainment, product, legal, content and marketing to align objectives and execute joint initiatives.

In this fast-paced role, you will negotiate deals, shape commercial models, monitor KPIs, and drive collaboration across Epic Games and TWDC teams to deliver world-class

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or partnerships in games or entertainment.
• Experience negotiating and executing complex deals (co-development, licensing).
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Understanding of games industry, monetization, and live services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with partners.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management between Disney and Epic Games.
• Shape and evolve commercial strategy for games and experiences.
• Coordinate across product, legal, production and marketing for deals.
• Oversee processes to ensure collaboration with Epic on priorities.
• Track revenue, KPIs, ROI and propose actionable recommendations.
• Foster cross-team partnerships to support business development.
