Job summary

EverTrue Living Foundation seeks a Development Services Manager to oversee centralized fundraising systems, data governance, and reporting. The role ensures timely gift acknowledgements, donor file maintenance, and integration across development databases.

You will partner with Finance and Information Systems to support audits and monthly reconciliations. Ideal candidates bring a college degree with 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising data experience, strong analytical and project-management

Qualifications

• College degree with 3+ years of related work experience preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting and reconciliation principles
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with fundraising and not-for-profit management is a plus
• Experience supervising database staff and ensuring data security

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise financial reporting and activity monitoring of fundraising activities
• Manage prospect management and research for the Foundation
• Oversee central database operations and integration from multiple development databases
• Ensure donor data, gift documentation, and acknowledgements are processed timely
• Maintain policies for the Foundation and support monthly reconciliations
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue/expense reporting and audit support
• Provide oversight of planned giving instruments and donor records in Raiser's Edge
• Support the Grants program and secure donor information in compliance with policies
