The Ephraim Historical Foundation is seeking an Outreach & Development Manager to lead fundraising, public relations, and data systems efforts from its Ephraim office. This full-time role emphasizes moves-management, donor engagement, and community event planning.

The position reports to the Executive Director and includes health, dental, Simple IRA, PTO, and YMCA membership. Five years of fundraising experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in non-profit fundraising, or equivalent certificate/degree.
• Exceptional communication skills with the public, donor groups, press, and stakeholders.
• Ability to discuss giving with donors.
• Experience with Bloomerang or similar donor management platforms.
• Knowledge of charitable giving principles in the cultural sector.
• Ability to create, maintain, and utilize fundraising data to advance development goals.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with individuals and community organizations.
• Experience writing and submitting grant applications.
• Experience coordinating meetings, committees, and volunteer groups.
• Broad knowledge of current trends in museums, marketing, and community engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement year-round fundraising initiatives in collaboration with Executive Director.
• Maintain donor management software database.
• Track incoming charitable gifts and generate outgoing acknowledgement forms.
• Serve as point of contact for membership-related inquiries.
• Plan, implement, and review marketing and social media initiatives.
• Lead organization and execution of community events.
• Grant writing as needed.
