Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation is seeking a Manager of Donor Development and Engagement to lead fundraising materials, donor outreach for Day of Giving, and donor data integrity. The role partners with ELFA marketing and vendors, and supports executive leadership in communications.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years in fundraising or related fields, plus strong writing, editing, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 2–4 years in fundraising, marketing, or project management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools; Salesforce and WordPress desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create fundraising timelines, develop materials, and coordinate campaigns with marketing staff and vendors.
• Draft and edit fundraising solicitations for tone, brand, and accuracy.
• Cultivate donor lists from Salesforce for targeted solicitations.
• Compile and interpret donor data for boards and committees.
• Ensure efficient financial operations for donations, including invoices and data entry.
• Maintain clean records for committees, donors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain donor recognition and support website upkeep.
• Collaborate on promotional materials and event exhibits.
• Manage calendars for committees and donor calls; assist with board materials.
• Communicate impact of workforce development to current and prospective donors.
