Qualifications

• 7+ years of fundraising experience across multiple giving channels.
• Strong team leadership with coaching and development.
• Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven program management and donor analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and forecasting.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic fundraising initiatives aligned with the organization’s plan.
• Lead and support five direct reports with strategic direction and coaching.
• Oversee annual budget forecasting and management.
• Monitor KPIs and performance to inform strategy and accountability.
• Guide the Strategic Engagement Committee to boost awareness and funding.
• Foster cross-departmental communication between Development and program teams.
• Partner with Communications and Volunteer Programs for coordinated campaigns and events.
• Create processes and systems to improve staff productivity and program growth.
• Embed philanthropy practices into routines and donor stewardship.
