Qualifications

• 3-5 years fundraising or event management experience.
• Experience with donor cultivation and sponsorships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Hybrid work arrangement in NH; willingness to travel within NH/ME.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Foundation's signature fundraising events and campaigns.
• Manage budgeting, logistics, sponsorship fulfillment, volunteer engagement, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop sponsorship strategies and cultivate corporate partnerships.
• Create donor engagement journeys and manage donor stewardship.
• Maintain Salesforce donor database and generate reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for content and communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
