Job summary

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF COASTAL FAIRFIELD COUNTY is seeking a Development Manager to lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement and event sponsorships in Stratford, CT. You will oversee campaigns, annual galas, donor stewardship and collaboration with Communications to optimize outreach.

You will analyze performance data to guide priorities, manage budgets and ensure successful execution of campaigns and events, including evenings and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, individual giving, sponsorships, donor relations, fundraising events or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue-generating campaigns and events from strategy through implementation and follow-up.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and adjust strategy based on data and outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and donor-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned individual-giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
• Establish goals, audiences, timelines, budgets, calls to action and measures of success for each initiative.
• Analyze campaign and donor results to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Manage Habitat CFC's fundraising and affiliate event portfolio including Gala and Golf Tournament.
• Develop sponsorship packages and manage sponsor relationships from cultivation to fulfillment.
• Coordinate acknowledgments and stewardship for sponsors and donors.
• Work with Finance on invoices, revenue tracking and reporting for campaigns and events.
