Job summary

Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation seeks an Events & Development Manager to lead fundraising, sponsorship and events, reporting to the Executive Director. You will plan and execute signature events, engage donors, and build relationships with partners to support community programs.

Role requires 3–5 years in event management or fundraising, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time, demonstrated event management and/or fundraising experience.
• Experience with annual fund campaigns and donor cultivation strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and improve the Foundation's signature fundraising events and campaigns (Golf Classic, Day of Giving, Veteran's event, etc.).
• Manage all aspects of event execution: budgeting, planning, logistics, sponsorship, volunteers, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop sponsorship strategies and cultivate relationships with corporate and community partners.
• Create donor engagement and stewardship strategies to grow giving participation and donor retention.
