Job summary

Veterans Inc, based in Worcester, MA, seeks a strategic Director of Fund Development to lead fundraising, donor relations, and campaigns. You will manage the donor database, coordinate prospects, donors, and events, and oversee Marketing and Communications to strengthen the organization’s fundraising impact.

The role requires at least 5–7 years in fundraising with leadership experience and a CFRE preference; travel across New England is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; comparable experience considered.
• CFRE certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update donor records with strict database integrity.
• Manage the donation pipeline from processing to acknowledgments.
• Design and launch Individual Giving strategies and campaigns.
• Generate donor lists, revenue forecasts, and giving reports.
• Oversee Marketing and Communications tasks for the organization.
• Lead annual appeal and analyze year-over-year results.
• Expand outreach to individual, corporate, and foundational donors.
