ICA Fund seeks a strategic, mission-driven Fractional Chief Communications & Development Officer to lead fundraising, donor engagement, communications, and storytelling. This senior consultant partners with leadership to strengthen fundraising systems and expand philanthropic support.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding organizational messaging, grant management, and cross-functional leadership to elevate visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, and/or communications.
• Demonstrated success in closing individual gifts and managing donor portfolios.
• Proven ability to write funded grant proposals and manage grants calendars.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans.
• Strengthen and diversify revenue streams including campaigns and partnerships.
• Support donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement strategies.
