Financeroles is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager within our Fund Accounting team in New York. You will oversee NAV production, fund financial reporting, and the internal control environment, directing audits and treasury functions for hedge, private equity, private debt, and real estate funds.

You will lead process improvements, drive automation, mentor staff, and collaborate with fund accountants and cross-functional professionals to ensure US GAAP compliance and accurate performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of Fund Accounting experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and fund reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee NAV production and fund financial reporting.
• Coordinate and lead the fund audit process with external auditors.
• Manage waterfalls, carried interest, and life-cycle of fund transactions.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance for funds and investments.
• Lead process improvements and drive automation.
• Mentor staff and manage billing hours.
