• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Fund Finance.
• Paralegal or law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing and due diligence for complex commercial lending transactions.
• Directly manage Loan Closing Specialists and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal Counsel, and internal partners.
• Issue Clear to Close when all conditions are satisfied and funding can commence.
• Review closing checklists, credit approvals, and loan documentation to ensure all conditions are met.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and communicate status to client team and stakeholders.
