Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Two years of recruitment experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and roles.
• Promote CAMBA as an employer of choice and strong workplace.
• Source candidates via diverse recruitment sources and career fairs.
• Build relationships with schools and partners to create pipelines.
• Develop screening tools and assessments to improve hiring practices.
• Source and screen applicants, conduct interviews, and present candidates.
• Ensure recruitment methods comply with laws and reporting requirements.
• Maximize technology and recruitment systems usage; handle special projects as assigned.
