Job summary

The Recruitment Alliance (TRA), a boutique recruitment practice of HR Knowledge Source, seeks a contract recruiter to own end-to-end searches for client engagements. You will manage intake, design search plans, build pipelines, and coordinate candidate assessments and offers.

In this role, you’ll leverage LinkedIn and other channels, maintain thorough ATS records, and communicate with clients and candidates with clarity and professionalism. Hours are 10–30 weekly, with variation by engagement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties and role levels.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Ability to manage concurrent searches with strong client/candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches end to end and deliver the recruiting components included in fractional assignments.
• Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other channels; develop pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and present qualified profiles with concise summaries.
• Guide clients and candidates through the interview, feedback, and offer process with clear updates.
• Keep ATS records accurate and provide regular reporting on pipeline, stages, and outcomes.
• Coordinate intake, engagement cadence, scheduling, and status updates with clients and candidates.
