Job summary

AMAX is seeking a operations-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from receipt through production to shipment. You will identify material shortages, coordinate cross-functional teams, and present performance metrics and improvement plans to management.

You will develop CAPEX proposals, create customer-ready presentations, and drive improvements using data, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 1-3 years in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills for end-to-end order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office; dashboards and capacity analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment from receipt through production and shipment.
• Identify and proactively manage material shortages and supply risks.
• Serve as operational liaison with customers; coordinate requests and resolutions.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, provide status, escalation, and recovery plans.
• Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals and business cases for capacity and facility expansion.
• Prepare customer and management presentations and translate data into recommendations.
• Drive operational improvements using KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with PM/Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Review regional constraints with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
