Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations at a single Fulfillment Center, reporting to the Building Director/GM and guiding a team of Operations Managers across shifts to maximize efficiency, cost reductions, and processing throughput (pick, pack, ship).

This role supports succession planning within the Fulfillment network and requires a resourceful leader with emotional intelligence and a hands-on approach to drive performance at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of Fulfillment Center leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
• Proven data-driven decision making and cost-management focus.
• Ability to develop reliable, cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Experience in recruiting, training and developing managers and employees.
