• Leads day-to-day operations and drives cost reductions and efficiency.
• Assists in recruiting, training and development of managers and employees.
• Drives effective communication to align with goals and initiatives.
• Partners with Seattle/Corporate teams on process improvements and projects.
• Plans programs to achieve high-level business objectives and targets.
