US LBM is seeking a Fulfillment Buyer to manage procurement of materials for fulfillment operations. You will ensure inventory levels are maintained, orders are placed timely, and products are available to meet customer demand, working with fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics teams.

You will build supplier relationships, negotiate cost-effective purchasing, and monitor inbound inventory while collaborating across divisions to minimize stockouts and optimize costs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field.
• 5 years of purchasing/inventory management experience.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across divisions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within category strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with location leaders and fulfillment manager on inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding adjustments, deliveries, and resolutions.
• Own daily communications across US LBM divisions related to inventory and inbound shipments.
