Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Buyer to manage procurement for fulfillment operations across divisions. You will ensure inventory levels meet customer demand, place timely orders, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost-effective purchasing practices.

The role collaborates with fulfillment, inventory, and logistics teams to resolve issues, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and adherence to safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of purchasing/inventory control or warehousing experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across US LBM divisions and regions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics teams on daily inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve adjustments, incorrect materials, or delivery issues.
• Maintain daily communications with divisions/markets on inventory, shipping information, and inbound tracking.
