Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support fulfillment, logistics, and orders across bulk, residential new construction, and specialty segments. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans and timelines, and ensure client deadlines are met while maintaining accurate invoicing and handling special client requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Economics, Business
• 3-4 years’ experience in supply chain or operations role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• A strategic and analytical mind
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Enters and fulfills orders according to client needs
• Works with local branches and factory to plan for inventory needs
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain accurate fulfillment
• Assist customer in product selection and matchups
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to identify bottlenecks
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
• Monitor logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Run analytical and open order reports regularly
• Conduct regular margin analysis to ensure proper pricing controls
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs
