Job summary

You will collaborate with feeder departments, determine parts and machine sequencing, and analyze capacity to keep production flowing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years scheduling experience in a high mixed volume manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience is strongly desired.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Expedite work orders to maintain on-time delivery.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze manufacturing work orders.
• Determine parts, job sequence, and machines to satisfy demand.
• Collaborate with feeder departments to meet inventory needs.
• Track daily schedule attainment and drive improvement.
• Forecast, plan, and communicate with other Daikin facilities.
• Schedule service components for the Service department.
• Participate in 5-S projects.
• Review capacity reports and resolve issues.
