Job summary

JAS Worldwide in Chicago seeks a Sales Pricing Analyst to support regional quotes, manage win/loss data and assist the Regional Sales Support Manager. You will design and deliver client quotes, ensure policy compliance, and help drive conversion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a sales-focused capacity with freight forwarding or logistics experience, proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Operational freight forwarding or logistics experience required.
• Pricing international air and ocean freight.
• Out of Gauge pricing is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; PowerBI a plus; Cargowise knowledge a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver quotes for internal and external clients.
• Utilize approved resources for quote operations.
• Ensure compliance with Sales Policy.
• Monitor quote logs for win/loss ratios.
• Provide guidance during client implementation.
• Assist Regional Sales Support Manager on tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain productivity KPIs and success ratios.
