The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, distribution, and store teams to optimize lanes, control costs, and ensure timely deliveries while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations and transportation equipment.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound and outbound Sprouts freight using Mercury Gate TMS and optimize routes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers to meet SLA targets.
• Negotiate freight rates and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support inventory initiatives and control transportation costs.
