Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of truckload and other transportation modes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers with historical freight; grow and expand relationships with them.
• Develop, Grow, and Expand new customers onboarded by the Sales Team.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure that customer needs are understood and supported.
• Achieve new volume, gross profit $, and % goals, new lanes/location goals and account growth goals, as applicable.
• Oversee and train operations to assist with daily tasks.
• Provide useful and timely updates during shipment lifecycles.
• Identify cross selling opportunities.
• Source capacity to meet customer needs.
• Assist with team to establish SOP’s for Truckload Operations.
• Provide creative solutions for complex transportation situations as they arise.
