Barnhart seeks a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A & Treasury to drive financial performance, business insights, and operational excellence across the organization. This senior role partners with executive and branch leadership to support decision-making and advance strategic initiatives.

The Director will lead FP&A, treasury operations, reporting, and analytics while building a high-performing team and strengthening finance capabilities for the future.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate FP&A or finance leadership roles across multi-location or complex organizations.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial statement analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling.
• Own treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
• Oversee financial reporting, analytics, and BI modernization (Power BI).
• Develop and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Partner with branch/operational leaders to improve profitability and performance.
