Barnhart Crane & Rigging seeks an experienced Director of FP&A and Treasury to elevate financial analytics, reporting, and forecasting across a growing organization. This role leads a small team of analysts while actively performing hands-on analysis and partnering with branch leadership to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate FP&A or finance function.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in a modern BI platform (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into clear business insight.

Responsibilities

• Own branch-level profitability analysis and coach branch/operational leaders.
• Administer deferred compensation programs and support benchmarking projects.
• Lead modernization of financial reporting and design executive dashboards/KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain departmental forecasts and spending targets; build financial models for strategic decisions.
• Own day-to-day cash management, treasury relationships, and liquidity visibility.
• Lead cross-functional automation and AI initiatives; drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts and foster cross-functional collaboration.
