Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across planning, analysis, and reporting. You will partner with the CFO and executives to drive performance, support growth initiatives, and ensure integrity of financial operations.

The role covers M&A, capital planning, captive insurance modeling, and enterprise budgeting. You will lead FP&A, variance analysis, and KPI development while guiding real estate finances, CapEx, and treasury activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive finance experience with leadership
• Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow modeling for mid-size organizations
• Experience with captive insurance and real estate leases preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers and acquisitions due diligence and deal execution
• Own enterprise budgeting process and multi-year plans
• Develop rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards
• Provide analytical support for capital investments and pricing decisions
• Prepare executive memos and board materials
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages
