Responsibilities include branch profitability analysis, compensation programs, modernizing reporting with Power BI, forecasting, modeling, and treasury activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in a corporate FP&A function.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in a modern BI platform (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own branch-level profitability analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
• Administer and analyze compensation programs and benchmarking.
• Modernize financial reporting and design monthly executive dashboards and KPI packs.
• Lead FP&A activities with automated processes and develop departmental forecasts.
• Manage treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Lead cross-functional automation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts and build cross-functional partnerships.
