WorkWave, a remote-first global company, seeks a Strategic Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and partner with ELT and senior stakeholders. Translate financial data into insights that guide planning, forecasting, and performance discussions.

You will build rigorous financial models, present implications to VPs or C-suite executives, and advise on pricing, headcount, and new product launches. This role emphasizes strong partnership in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leaders (VP-level and above)

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary finance partner for one or more business units with ELT and senior stakeholders.
• Own the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results vs budget/forecast and translate variance drivers into narratives for leadership.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives (pricing, headcount, investments, new product launches).
• Prepare board-ready and ELT-ready materials, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
