WorkWave seeks an FP&A professional to partner with the ELT and senior stakeholders, owning the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning. You will analyze results, drive variance explanations, and translate numbers into strategic guidance for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for business units and ELT/senior stakeholders.
• Own the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results vs budget/forecast and present variance narratives to leadership.
