Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Finance Director to partner with business leaders, lead FP&A activities, and translate financial data into actionable insights. The role emphasizes forecasting, planning, and performance management to drive growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Experience serving as a finance partner to business leaders.
• Experience supporting forecasting, annual planning, and performance management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or capital equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead finance partner to the business, building relationships with leaders to support performance management.
• Lead FP&A activities including monthly forecasting, annual plans, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Provide commercial finance support by analyzing revenue, margin, pricing, mix, and product performance.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate growth initiatives and operational priorities with financial analysis.
• Prepare executive-ready insights and KPI reporting to support timely management action.
• Lead forecast and planning discussions by challenging assumptions and consolidating risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with controllership during month-end close to ensure accurate commentary.
• Coordinate with Corporate FP&A to drive consistency in reporting and planning.
